AMMANN SCREED ASSIST
The ISR support system is an electrohydraulic device that unloads the weight of the screed, thereby enabling an increase in paving depth. Transferring the weight of the screed onto the rear tracks also improves traction.
EASY TO OPERATE
A user-friendly dashboard brings new operators up to speed quickly. Paddle microswitches are easy to operate, even when wearing gloves. Screed operators also benefit from the easy-to-use microswitches, which enable them to focus on the screed and not the controls.
EXCELLENT VISIBILITY
The paver design, sliding seat and dashboard enable the operator to see all phases of the paving process, which improves productivity, quality and safety.
GRIPPING TRACKS AND TYRES
On tracked machines, the hydrostatic transmission is engaged by variable-flow pumps that feed two motors, with displacements attached to the planetary gearboxes that enable traction and propel the paver. The wheeled paver has three axles: two in the front for optimal steering and a rear axle fitted with large pneumatic tyres for traction, particularly on soft ground.

LOW DISCHARGE HEIGHTS
Lower heights reduce material spillage that can cause mat defects. Hopper heights also match trucks of varied sizes, increasing fleet utilisation and making it easier to find outside haulers with appropriately sized vehicles.
MATERIAL FEEDING
Material is fed by two independent reverse chain-belt conveyors and augers, which are controlled by paddle microswitches. The switches regulate flow to the screed and maintain the most effective distribution of material under any conditions.
