SCC 200-400 ColdMix is a compact, efficient cold mixing plant that helps reduce fuel costs and meets reduced emissions standards too. Asphalt with foamed bitumen, emulsion-based cold asphalt and hydraulically bonded bearing layers can be manufactured.
